Acronotics - Project Manager - AI / ML

Role Overview :

We are seeking a highly capable Project Manager with hands-on experience delivering AI / ML and GenAI projects within enterprise environments. This role combines strong project management leadership with technical fluency, enabling you to work closely with data engineers, AI / ML experts, and cloud architects.

You will drive the successful delivery of a multi-phase GenAI and data platform project, overseeing timelines, dependencies, team output, stakeholder communication, and the orchestration of a hybrid team operating within the Azure AI ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of AI / ML & GenAI initiatives across all phases : discovery, prototyping, development, testing, deployment, and support
• Manage a team of AI / ML engineers, data engineers, and business analysts to ensure timely, quality deliverables
• Translate high-level goals into clear technical roadmaps, sprint plans, and deliverables
• Work closely with architects to align system design with delivery timelines and enterprise constraints
• Define and manage project metrics, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder expectations
• Own sprint planning, daily standups, retrospectives, and delivery ceremonies using Agile or hybrid methods
• Ensure traceability from business requirements to technical implementation and QA sign-off
• Act as the first technical point of contact with internal stakeholders and external contributors
