Job Description – Stores Admin Executive (Tools Management Centre, Chakan)

Location : Chakan Pune

(Candidate must be preferably from Maharashtra / Uttar Pradesh / Bihar and must be willing to

relocate to Chakan in future)

Job Summary :

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Stores and Admin Executive to oversee and manage

the daily operations at our Tools Management Centre in Faridabad. The role involves efficient

inventory management, material handling, storage, issuance, tracking, and general administrative

tasks. The ideal candidate will ensure the smooth operation of the centre, maintain accurate inventory

records, and support compliance with ISO standards and safety regulations. Proficiency in SAP,

advanced Excel skills, and strong email writing skills with excellent verbal and written communication

in English are mandatory for this role.
