Job description :
- Install, implement, and optimize hardware, software, networking, and configuration for GCMSD systems at customer sites.
- Provide diagnosis, troubleshooting, and resolution of product performance issues.
- Deliver maintenance, calibration, and repair services , ensuring system reliability and uptime.
- Advise customers on preventive maintenance, configurations, and best practices to enhance system performance.
- Proactively identify and resolve potential equipment or software issues to minimize unplanned downtime.
- Deliver integrated solutions including peripherals, communications, operating systems, and application software (delivery only, not design).
- Serve as an internal escalation point for technical issues and collaborate with global Support, Sales, Marketing, and R&D teams.
- Provide technical training, workshops, and knowledge-sharing sessions for customers and internal field engineers.
- May conduct on-site calibration for large-volume customers.
- Maintain compliance with customer / vendor credentialing requirements , including certifications, health, and safety regulations.
Preferred Competencies :
Deep understanding of gas chromatography, mass spectrometry, and analytical workflows .Familiarity with third-party products and laboratory software solutions .Experience managing customer escalations and delivering technical excellence in high-pressure situations.Strong collaboration skills to work cross-functionally with global Agilent teamsSkills Required
