We are seeking a highly experienced Senior ABAP Developer to focus on building modern, cloud-ready applications and extensions using the ABAP RESTful Application Programming Model (RAP) on the SAP S / 4 HANA platform and SAP BTP. This role requires expertise in developing robust and scalable transactional services while adhering to the Clean Core principle.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Design and develop applications using ABAP Objects and the ABAP RAP framework (Managed and Unmanaged implementation).
- Create and manage ABAP Core Data Services (CDS) Views to define data models and optimise performance on SAP HANA.
- Expose RAP Business Objects as OData V2 / V4 services for consumption by Fiori / UI5 applications.
- Implement best practices for S / 4 HANA extensibility and ensure minimal modification to standard SAP code.
- Perform code reviews, unit testing, and technical documentation.
