Brand Solutions Strategist

— someone who can think beyond just execution and help shape how brands communicate, engage, and grow.

What the role is about :

You’ll be the bridge between creativity, strategy, and business.

From understanding client challenges to crafting content strategies, campaign ideas, and brand narratives — you’ll help turn creative thinking into measurable brand success.

Your day-to-day will include :

Building marketing and communication strategies for brands across categories.

Collaborating with creative, design, and film teams to shape campaign ideas and pitch decks.

Identifying opportunities to position Postboy’s creative solutions for client growth.

Writing brand decks, campaign notes, and content calendars.

Managing client relationships with a focus on long-term creative partnerships.

Keeping up with trends, culture, and new-age marketing ideas.

You’re perfect for this role if you :

Can think strategically and creatively at the same time.

Have experience in brand strategy, digital marketing, or creative planning.

Understand social media and storytelling deeply.

Love pitching ideas, brainstorming campaigns, and seeing them come to life.

Can confidently talk ideas — whether it’s to clients or creatives.

Experience :

2–5 years (or equivalent experience in creative strategy roles)

Mumbai (Hybrid / On-site)
