Job Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Overseas Recruitment Processing Executive to manage all documentation, compliance, and coordination involved in hiring and deploying candidates for overseas assignments. This role is crucial in ensuring a smooth and compliant recruitment process for international clients.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and manage documentation for overseas placements , including passports, visas, medical reports, attestation, and travel documents.
Liaise with candidates, embassies, consulates, and external agencies to ensure timely completion of formalities.
Verify educational, employment, and legal documents to ensure compliance with host country regulations.
Maintain accurate trackers and reports for all candidates and recruitment stages.
Coordinate medical tests, background checks, and ticketing for selected candidates.
Communicate with overseas clients and recruitment partners for updates on requirements and approvals.
Ensure compliance with Indian and international labour laws and recruitment regulations.
Support recruiters with onboarding and joining formalities for selected candidates.
Requirements
Graduate or Diploma holder in any discipline (HR / Business preferred).
2–4 years’ experience in overseas recruitment or HR operations (GCC experience preferred).
Strong knowledge of visa processes, medical, emigration, and documentation for Middle East / overseas placements.
Excellent coordination and follow-up skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and email communication.
Good written & verbal communication in English and Hindi (Arabic is a plus).
Detail-oriented and able to handle multiple cases simultaneously.
