The successful candidate will be required to :

- Creating, modifying, and troubleshooting existing applications

- Work to continuously improve the CRM operating environments, both on-premises and cloud.
- Assist with maintaining the ongoing reliability, performance, and support of the CRM Environment. This includes monitoring the operating environments, responding to incidents and problems
- Provide direction, instruction and guidance to the Power Platform & CRM user base
- Work across all functional areas of the organisation to identify how D365 / CRM can add value.
- Support and maintain process automations and Power Apps to drive efficiency in business processes
