Roles and Responsibilities :
- Design and develop enterprise-grade applications with over 8 years of experience, including 5+ years specializing in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM (Customer Engagement).
- Configure and customize Dynamics 365 CRM using Power Platform tools including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
- Develop and implement custom plugins, workflows, JavaScript, and utilize CRM SDK for advanced customizations.
- Integrate Dynamics CRM with external systems using REST APIs and other integration technologies.
- Lead and execute data migration strategies ensuring accuracy, consistency, and performance.
- Define and implement CRM DevOps strategies for continuous integration and deployment.
- Collaborate with functional consultants and business stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Conduct unit testing, peer code reviews, and provide post-deployment support and troubleshooting.
