Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Associate located in Dehradun. The Sales Associate will be responsible for engaging with clients to understand their insurance needs, providing appropriate insurance solutions, meeting sales targets, and maintaining client relationships. They will also be responsible for conducting market research to identify new opportunities, preparing sales reports, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role requires collaboration with team members and other departments.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field is preferred
• Previous experience in sales or insurance industry is a plus
