We are looking to hire a Marketing Executive based in Mumbai. This is an on-site position.

This role will include ideating and generating content for all projects, websites, improving social media interaction by conceptualising creative concepts and campaigns, driving engagement, creating content calendars etc. We seek talent with immense passion and a drive to grow with the brand.

Job Description :

Plan, manage and handle all digital marketing for Luar, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and all social media channels

Create and manage content for Luar's social media, emails, and other forms of digital communication

Work with our performance marketing agency to audit campaign performance, ensure optimal campaign structure, and employ latest practices to continually optimise and drive performance

Write content for all collateral around paid ads, email and product launches (PDP, PR releases, physical product and packaging copy)

Brainstorm new strategies to message both new and existing products

Coordinate and strategise with the PR team on how to increase brand awareness

Curate, strategise and execute influencer partnerships

Planning and executing new marketing strategies to drive user growth and ensure community building

Communicate with target audiences and build customer relationships

Handling all retailer platforms and coordinations

Stay up-to-date on current marketing trends, and much more!

Educational Qualifications, Experience & Skills :

Bachelor's / Master's Degree in Business Management, Marketing or Mass Communication

Excellent communication (both written and verbal) & content writing skills

Excellent knowledge of the usage of social media channels to improve Luar's online presence and customer engagement

Overall 2-3 years of experience in planning and implementing marketing strategies along with customer relationship management (Fresher's will be given a chance on a case-to-case basis)

Must be able to prioritise, multi-task and work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Proficient with Google Workspace, Canva and CRM softwares like Klaviyo and Wati
