Lead Coupa Integration Specialist (Onsite – US | Offshore – India)

We’re looking for experienced Coupa professionals to join our team as Lead Integration Specialists . This role is critical in driving procurement digital transformation within the healthcare domain. You’ll work closely with business and IT stakeholders, lead onsite / offshore teams, and design scalable Coupa solutions that directly impact procurement efficiency, compliance, and cost savings.What You’ll Do Lead end-to-end Coupa platform implementations (Procure-to-Pay, Supplier Management, Expenses, Sourcing, Pay).Design and manage Coupa integrations (APIs, cXML, SFTP, middleware – MuleSoft, Boomi, SnapLogic).Partner with Procurement, Finance, and IT teams to align workflows with healthcare compliance and regulations.Drive solution design, code reviews, and technical best practices across onsite / offshore teams.Troubleshoot integration issues, optimize performance, and manage Coupa release upgrades.What We’re Looking For 8–12 years of IT experience , with 5+ years in Coupa design & development .Strong technical skills in Coupa APIs, cXML, SQL, scripting (Python / Shell / Groovy) .Proven experience integrating Coupa with ERP systems (Oracle HCM, JD Edwards, SAP, Workday).Experience in healthcare procurement processes and knowledge of HIPAA / PHI compliance.Excellent communication and leadership skills to manage distributed technical teams.Coupa Certification is a strong plus.Locations Onsite (Lead – US) – 2 positionsOffshore (Lead – India) – 3 positionsIf you’re passionate about transforming procurement with Coupa and thrive in a fast-paced healthcare technology environment , we’d love to hear from you!Apply now and be part of our global digital transformation journey.
