Business Success Associate – Bookbinding & Finishing Equipment (Rajasthan)

Location : Rajasthan

Reports to : Area / Zonal Manager

Department : Sales

India's top bookbinding machinery maker seeks a Business Success Associate to drive direct and channel sales in Tier II / III markets.

Requirements

2–6 years B2B sales in digital / offset printing or post-press equipment
Experience with resellers / distributors preferred
Bachelor's (Engineering / Printing / Business) or Diploma in Printing Technology
Strong technical sales, negotiation, CRM, and communication skills

Responsibilities

Sell bookbinding / post-press solutions to printers, publishers, and finishers

Identify leads via field visits and partner networks

Execute regional sales plans; meet targets

Demo products; support customers and resellers

Maintain CRM, submit weekly pipeline reports

Gather market intel and customer feedback
