Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Darjeeling for a Human Resources Administrator. The responsibilities include managing HR processes, administering benefits, ensuring compliance with labor laws, maintaining Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS), and assisting in HR management tasks. The role also involves supporting general HR operations, ensuring organizational policies are followed, and facilitating a positive work environment.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management practices
• Experience in Benefits Administration and proficiency with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS)
• Strong understanding of Labor and Employment Law
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
• Ability to work effectively in an on-site role and collaborate with teams across the organization
• Relevant professional certifications in HR are a plus
