Job description5+ years of professional experience as a Cloud Engineer Provide Level 2 incident management support for enterprise and customer-facing web applications, ensuring business service levels are met. Take ownership of critical issues, coordinate with other IT support teams, and drive timely resolution. Automate manual enterprise operations tasks and optimize business processes to reduce workloads and improve efficiency. Monitor and maintain operational readiness of enterprise applications, including hosted applications, with 24 / 7 support as needed. Support enterprise growth and ensure stability through maintenance, enhancements, and upgrades of various enterprise applications. Design, develop, refactor, optimize, and enhance web application software using Java and other open-source technologies. Work with open-source tools, create APIs, implement rich dashboards, and set up proactive monitoring systems. Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, ensuring smooth operations and communication. Strong knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented programming. Hands-on experience with cloud platforms, enterprise applications, and automation tools. Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve critical production issues. Familiarity with web application development using Java and open-source technologies. Good communication and team-working skills.
