About Babylish

Babylish is an upcoming premium kid wear brand specializing in boys' coord sets, T-shirts, denim, and occasion wear for ages 1-6 years. Our focus is on high-quality cotton, natural dye prints, and child-safe fabrics that combine comfort, durability, and style.

We are looking for a Sourcing cum Merchandiser who can build our supply chain from the ground up, manage vendor relationships, and ensure timely, high-quality deliveries.

Key Responsibilities

Sourcing

• Identify, evaluate, and onboard reliable fabric suppliers, job workers, and accessory vendors for kids wear production.
• Negotiate best costings, payment terms, and lead times while ensuring child-safe fabric standards (azo-free dyes, skin-friendly processes).
• Continuously research new fabrics, trims, and trends in kids wear (1-6 years category).
• Build a strong vendor database for woven, knits, and value-added processes (printing, embroidery, washing).
