Now we’re looking for a designer who brings that same energy to our social and brand marketing, someone who knows good design and knows how to move faster and smarter using AI. If you're the kind who explores what Midjourney can do before lunch and exports an After Effects reel before coffee, read on.

What You’ll Do

• Create immersive, scroll-stopping designs for Oben’s social media - Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, X
• Design full-funnel brand marketing assets for product launches, influencer campaigns, offline activations, digital ads and emailers.
• Use AI tools like Midjourney, Runway, Firefly or ChatGPT to explore ideas, generate visual directions, iterate faster, and experiment more boldly
• Collaborate with content, video and performance teams to create cohesive stories with high visual impact
• Develop and evolve the brand’s visual identity from templates to typography, color to motion
• Bring motion into your work with basic animation, transitions, or direction for video editors
• Use AI not as a shortcut, but as a creativity multiplier concept exploration, mockups, and sometimes just breaking out of a creative block
• Keep an eye on visual, automotive and social trends, especially in the EV, mobility, and creator economy space.
