We are looking for a talented Sous Chef – Continental Cuisine for our Pyramid Cafe Lounge & Bar located in Agra . The ideal candidate should have strong culinary expertise in Continental cuisine and experience working in premium restaurants, cafes, or lounges.

Key Responsibilities :

• Assist the Head Chef in managing all kitchen operations.
• Supervise and train kitchen staff to maintain high culinary standards.
• Ensure consistency and quality in all Continental dishes.
• Plan and execute menu items, specials, and food presentation.
• Maintain hygiene, food safety, and kitchen cleanliness as per company standards.
• Manage inventory, wastage, and cost control.
• Coordinate with service staff to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
