We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Field Sales Executive to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have 1-10 years of experience in field sales and will be responsible for driving sales and expanding our customer base through proactive field activities.
Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through field sales activities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business.
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and competitors.
- Present and demonstrate products to customers effectively.
- Achieve sales targets and objectives set by the management.
- Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and analysis to management.
- Participate in trade shows and promotional events to showcase products.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for increasing market share.
Skills and Qualifications
1-10 years of experience in field sales or related roles.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Proven track record of achieving sales targets.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Good negotiation and closing skills.Proficient in using CRM software and MS Office Suite.Basic understanding of market dynamics and customer needs.Valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively.Skills Required
