Roles and Responsibilities
Provide exceptional customer support through phone calls, emails, or chats to resolve customer queries and concerns.
Handle international voice process calls with professionalism and accuracy.
Utilize strong communication skills to effectively address customer issues and provide solutions.
Maintain a high level of product knowledge to answer complex questions about products / services.
Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex issues when necessary.
Open to work in Night Shift
Desired Candidate Profile
Graduate or under Graduate with minimum of 1 year of KYC,AML,Fraud Investigation Experience.
Excellent English language proficiency for effective communication with customers.
Strong problem-solving skills for resolving customer complaints efficiently.
Ability to work on rotational shifts including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays as per business requirements.
