Job description
  • Support Pre-sales operations like demo, Roadshow and Site inspection.
  • Installation, Configuration and troubleshooting of Konica Minolta Production printers along with related software and HW.
  • Maintaining required site kit to reduce downtime of machine.
  • Providing Key Operator Training to users.
  • Taking care of service deliverables to ensure maximum customer satisfaction.
  • Ensuring maximum output in the most economical way and making sure the installation is completed within the committed time frame.
  • Service revenue growth via volume growth initiative and inventory management.
  • Should be ready to work in a 24x7 environment as per business needs.
  • Should be ready to travel extensively to support customers.
