What will you do

• Own entire performance marketing across 2 verticals we run- Fertility & Pregnancy, with a budget of 40-50L a month. Grow the spends by growing the revenue.
• Live & Breathe numbers, every single day. Build insights.
• We believe our strength is content, working in an industry where we need to educate people on the right things. You will experiment with multiple types of content and build insights on what works & what doesn't & why. Work closely with the Content team to implement the same.
• Speed of execution is everything. By being quick on your feet, do RCAs whenever performance is down or especially, when it is up. Take corrective action when down, to improve. Take action to scale, when it is up.
