The Opportunity
We’re looking for a
high-energy Sales Professional
who can take
ready, qualified opportunities (SQLs)
and convert them into long-term clients.
You’ll engage directly with
CXOs, IT Heads, and CFOs
, design SLA-based service models, and help organizations transform their IT from reactive to secure and proactive.
This is a
strategic closing role
, not a cold-calling role. You’ll work directly with the
CEO and Marketing team
, supported by pre-sales engineers and delivery experts.
Key Responsibilities
Take full ownership of the
SQL → Deal → Win
cycle for Managed IT and Cybersecurity services.
Engage CXOs, IT Heads, and CFOs in
value-based and ROI-focused conversations
Prepare and present
proposals, commercials, and SLA-based service models.
Collaborate with the
technical and pre-sales team
to create tailored client solutions.
Lead
negotiations, contracting, and deal closure
Achieve
monthly MRR and revenue targets
through consistent closures.
Maintain an accurate
pipeline and forecast
in Zoho CRM.
Build and nurture
long-term relationships
for renewals and cross-selling.
Ideal Candidate Profile
8–12 years of B2B
sales experience in IT Services, Managed Services, Infrastructure, Cloud, or Cybersecurity
Proven record of closing
mid-value deals (₹10L–₹1Cr)
Strong understanding of
SLA-based service models, AMC vs Managed Services, and cybersecurity offerings
Excellent
communication, presentation, and negotiation
skills.
Familiar with CRM systems (Zoho CRM preferred).
Self-driven, accountable, and thrives in a
fast-paced, growth-oriented
environment.
