Teacher - HPE - Junior Learning Community

The Junior Learning Community (JLC) enables a dedicated learning community to compliment the Middle and Senior Learning Communities, enabling smaller, intimate and specific learning communities in Junior (P-4), Middle (5-8) and Senior (9-12). This reflects the ‘small school’ philosophy that underpins the history of Hillcrest, as we believe that students who feel secure, valued and comfortable in their environment can achieve their full potential.

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated HPE Teacher to join our Junior Learning Community for 2026, teaching across Prep – Yr 6.

This is a full-time, 12-month contract position commencing in Term 1, 2026, with an induction on Thursday 15th January 2026. This role presents an exciting opportunity to contribute to a dynamic and supportive educational environment.
