Skills & Experience Required

• Experience : 12+ years in an MEP consultancy environment, with a portfolio across Aviation, Residential, Commercial, and Hospitality projects.
• Technical Leadership : Respected designer of electrical engineering systems with broad sectoral expertise.
• Project Management : Proven ability to manage teams, financial performance, and complex projects.
• Collaboration : Strong interpersonal and organizational skills; ability to build trusted relationships with clients, architects, and partners.
• Cross-disciplinary Knowledge : Although electrically biased, good understanding of mechanical and other design disciplines.
• Domain Expertise : In-depth knowledge of electrical codes and standards.
• Mentorship : A demonstrated ability to mentor and develop junior engineers.
• Education : BEng / BSc or MEng / MSc in Electrical Engineering.
• Chartered status (desirable).
