Responsibilities :
- Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating onboarding of new employees
- Support employee relations initiatives by assisting with conflict resolution, addressing employee inquiries, and maintaining employee records
- Help implement and communicate HR policies, procedures, and programs to ensure compliance and consistency across the organization
- Support performance management processes, including goal setting, performance appraisals, and performance improvement plans
- Assist in organizing and coordinating employee training programs and initiatives to enhance skills and development
