Role Overview
This role is designed for someone hands-on with websites / apps, landing pages, and tracking setups, while also being strong in content, communication, and research. About 50% of the role focuses on technical program management for our affiliate business + another 50% on partner management, and integration
Key Responsibilities
1. Own websites, landing page optimizations and CRO. Set up and manage plugins, pixels, tools, and tracking infrastructure.
2. Collaborate with developers, designers, the content team, and other business verticals for enhancements.
3. Oversee content publishing on internal assets and communications with partners / agencies / freelancers
4. Conduct primary and secondary market research to track industry shifts, tools, and opportunities.
5. Support strategic planning, execution, and optimization of PPC / Search campaigns.
6. Work with our brand partners to integrate them into our affiliate funnel + manage the post acquisition relationship
Requirements
1. 3–6 years of experience in marketing operations with a technical focus.
2. Strong experience in building web assets, landing page optimization, plugins, and tracking setups.
3. Excellent communication and content management skills.
4. Highly motivated, proactive, and resilient — thrives in dynamic environments.
5. Fast learner and can adapt to new tools and technologies on his own without any assistance
6. Very strong analytically, can quickly grasp numbers. Can create MIS, perform data analysis to arrive at critical conclusions
Good to Have :
1. Prior experience in a fast-growing affiliate / media buying business.
2. Family with PPC Marketing across search and social.
