The Opportunity
We're seeking a Supply Growth Intern to support our supply growth and seller success initiatives. This is a high-exposure role where you'll get hands-on experience in seller acquisition, onboarding, and relationship management. You'll work closely with our core team to understand how a fast-paced startup operates, while directly contributing to Zoop's mission of building the future of live commerce in India.
What You'll Do
Seller Acquisition & Onboarding
- Generate and convert leads from platforms like Facebook, YouTube, and other channels.
- Outbound calls and messaging campaigns to potential sellers.
- Help new sellers with account setup and onboarding on Zoop.
- Assist sellers' first live selling sessions.
Seller Success & Engagement
Track seller performance metrics (engagement, frequency, revenue).Collect and organize feedback from sellers on their experience.Maintain relationships with sellers by supporting regular check-ins.Data & Insights
Maintain records of seller performance and interactions.Prepare reports and dashboards on seller activity, retention and session data.Help analyze trends to identify areas of improvement.Growth & Innovation
Collaborate with marketing and content teams on seller campaigns.Contribute ideas for growth hacks and seller engagement initiatives.Assist in executing supply growth promotions and events.What We're Looking For Must-Haves :
Strong communication skills in Hindi and English.Interest in sales, customer success, or account management.Comfortable with outbound calls and building rapport with people.Eagerness to learn, adapt, and contribute in a fast-paced environment.Nice-to-Haves :
Previous internship or exposure in sales, customer success, or e-commerce.Understanding of retail, small business, or creator economy.Familiarity with CRM tools, Excel, or basic reporting.Success Metrics (Learning Goals)
Acquisition of 30+ new sellers onboarded per month .Maintain 70%+ seller engagement .Conduct and document 30+ meaningful seller interactions monthly .Assist in delivering 1–2 actionable insights from seller data.What We Offer

Work Arrangement
This is a hybrid internship based in our Delhi headquarters. You'll be working closely with the seller success
and supply growth teams, participating in calls, onboarding sessions, and strategy discussions.
