About the Position
The Manager – International Sales position will be a key member of our team in expanding our presence and driving sales in international markets. This role will work with various channel partners, clinicians, and other key stakeholders to drive adoption of diagnostics tests and bioinformatics services in select markets.
Key Accountabilities :
- Manage day-to-day engagements with channel partners in various countries
- Close track and account for tests ordered, reports delivered, invoice status, and payment status
- Visit countries assigned to meet and engage with clinicians, channel partners and industry
and stakeholders
Build strong confidence with prescribers and prospects with product knowledge & ongoingpre and post sales support
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute on marketing plans, including butnot limited to webinars and conferences.
Meet the assigned sales goals month on month & ensure timely collection of receivablesCoordinate with internal collaborating teams such as Customer Support, Logistics, Lab,Marketing, Finance for execution of objectives
For newer markets, help with identifying, screening, and appointing channel partnersQualifications & Skills Required
Experience in sales preferably but not necessarily in diagnostics / medical devices / pharmaindustry
4+ years of experience selling in international markets or 6+ years in domestic marketPost Graduate degree in science / pharmacy / biotechnology preferred but not mandatoryProven ability in independently managing sales in specific regions / territoriesWillingness to travel extensivelyProficiency in spoken & written English languageWe offer
