We are seeking a Reservation Executive to join our team, responsible for managing reservations and providing exceptional service to our clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the hospitality industry, excellent communication skills, and a knack for organization.

Salary - 20,000 to 25,000 Per Month

Responsibilities

• Manage and confirm reservations for clients in a timely manner.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues related to reservations.
• Maintain accurate records of bookings and cancellations.
• Coordinate with various departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.
• Assist in handling special requests and preferences of clients.
• Monitor reservation systems for accuracy and updates.
• Generate reports on reservations and occupancy rates as required.
