Key Roles and Responsibilities :
- Strong functional and development experience in two or more of the following : Sales Cloud, Service Cloud FSL, RMA, Experience / Communities Cloud, and CPQ
- Experience in Zoho or similar support ticketing system
- Hands-on experience in the Salesforce deployment process , including source control management , change sets , Workbench , and other deployment tools
- Proven ability to handle multiple simultaneous projects and clients
- Good experience in Salesforce integration (SOAP and REST) with third-party systems
- Experience in data exporting and importing using Import Wizard , Data Loader , and Workbench
- Experience in data migration using Data Loader and Data IO tools
- Strong work experience in Visualforce pages , Apex Classes , Salesforce configuration , and Salesforce customization
Requirements :
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science , Engineering , or related field8+ years of experience as a Salesforce Lead and Support Engineer or similar roleProficiency in Sales Cloud , Service Cloud FSL , RMA , Experience / Communities Cloud , and CPQStrong hands-on experience in Visualforce , Apex , Salesforce configuration , and customizationExperience in data migration using Data Loader and Data IO toolsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsSkills Required
