Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Junior Recruitment Specialist. The Junior Recruitment Specialist will be responsible for assisting in the hiring process, scheduling and conducting interviews, and supporting the recruiting team in identifying potential candidates. The role also involves communicating with potential candidates, providing training to new recruits, and maintaining records of recruitment activities.

• Proficiency in Interviewing and Communication
• Experience in Training and employee onboarding
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Prior experience in recruitment is a plus
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• 1 year of experience
