Job Title : HR Recruiter, Documentation work

Location : Noida, India

Employment Type : Full-Time

Salary : ₹20000 per month (in hand)

Benefits : Provident Fund (PF) and Employees' State Insurance Corporation (ESIC) contributions fully paid by the company.

Work Schedule : 6 days a week (Monday to Saturday), 10 : 00 AM to 5 : 00 PM shift.

Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated HR Recruiter to join our team in Noida. This role focuses on managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in HR operations and documentation, ensuring compliance with labor laws and maintaining accurate employee records. Key Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and interview candidates for various positions across the organization.
• Manage job postings on portals, social media, and internal databases.
• Conduct background checks, reference verifications, and offer letter preparations.
• Handle HR documentation, including employee contracts, leave records, and compliance filings.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and provide recruitment updates.
• Maintain candidate databases and track recruitment metrics.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, labor laws, and data privacy regulations.
• Assist in employee onboarding and exit processes as needed.
