Required Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree in Health Informatics, Information Technology, Computer Science, Nursing, or a related field; advanced degrees or relevant professional certifications (., PMP, or clinical licenses) are preferred.
- Minimum of 6–7 years of hands-on experience with Oracle Health Millennium Core solution areas, including position build, ESH updates, organizer views, privileges, preferences, and related workflows, with full lifecycle delivery experience across design, build, testing, deployment, and optimization.
- Strong understanding of clinical workflows (nursing, physician, and allied health) and their integration into core Millennium applications to improve efficiency and patient care.
- Expertise in Cerner fundamentals, including Preference Maintenance (prefmaint), Privilege Maintenance (privmaint), Discern Rules, MPages, and knowledge of cross-solution integrations.
- Demonstrated ability to lead workflow assessments, system configuration, and optimization projects, including engagement with cross-functional teams and executive stakeholders.
- Experience developing training materials, leading workshops, and coaching end-users to support adoption of new processes and system enhancements.
- Proven ability to analyze workflows, identify optimization opportunities, and design scalable solutions aligned with organizational goals and regulatory requirements.
- Exceptional communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills to convey technical solutions to both clinical and non-technical audiences.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for onsite engagements, participate in on-call, and ability to support evenings / nights / weekends during implementations or critical optimization phases.
Preferred Qualifications :
Experience with Oracle Health Millennium’s broader platform, including integration of Core solution areas (position build, ESH, organizer views, privileges, preferences) with clinical and operational modules.Familiarity with healthcare regulations in India (., NABH standards) and awareness of global healthcare IT and core system governance best practices.Certification in Oracle Health (Cerner) Core solutions or related healthcare IT credentials.Ability to excel in a fast-paced, project-driven environment, ensuring seamless delivery of core configuration and optimization activities in collaboration with clinical and technical teams.Engage directly with clinical stakeholders, including nursing teams, physicians, and hospital leadership, to localize optimizations in installed Oracle Health Millennium applications.Participate in assessments of current nursing and clinical workflows, configurations, and integrations, leading the discussion when appropriate, to recommend and implement enhancements that drive operational efficiency and patient care improvements.Manage the core needs for multiple concurrent optimization projects, from requirements analysis and solution design to testing, deployment, and post-implementation support.Provide expert guidance on Millennium platform customizations, including ESH updates, position build, organizer views, privileges and preferences, and so on.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT staff and end-users, to ensure seamless adoption of optimizations while minimizing disruptions.Develop training materials, conduct virtual sessions, and offer ongoing consultation to support user proficiency and system utilization.Monitor project outcomes, track key metrics, and report progress to clients and internal leadership.Stay current with relevant Oracle Health Millennium updates, industry trends, and regulatory changes to inform proactive optimization strategies.Career Level - IC4
