About the Role :
We're looking for a strategic, entrepreneurial, and data-driven leader to take full ownership of one of our lifestyle portfolio brand.
The Business Head will be responsible for driving growth, profitability, and brand leadership across online and offline channels. This role offers the opportunity to shape the brand's future and scale it into a market leader.
Key Responsibilities :
- P&L Ownership : Drive end-to-end business performance with complete accountability for revenue, margins, and profitability.
- Digital & Performance Marketing : Lead customer acquisition, retention, and brand awareness through ROI-driven campaigns.
- Marketplace Growth : Scale visibility and revenue across marketplaces such as Amazon, Myntra, Nykaa, Ajio, and Tata Cliq.
- Category & Brand Management : Define category strategy, manage pricing, assortment, and lifecycle of products to optimize growth.
- Content & Communication Strategy : Build a cohesive brand narrative across digital, social, and retail touchpoints.
- Cross-functional Collaboration : Partner with marketing, finance, operations, and analytics teams to achieve strategic objectives.
- Leadership : Mentor and manage a dynamic team with a focus on ownership, innovation, and performance.
Ideal Candidate :
5-8 years of experience in managing consumer-facing businesses within Fashion, Lifestyle, Jewellery, or Retail sectors.Proven expertise in digital-first brand building and omnichannel growth.Demonstrated success in managing large SKU portfolios and scaling businesses profitably.Entrepreneurial mindset with strong analytical, strategic, and leadership capabilities.Tier-1 MBA or Ex-Founder background preferred.(ref : iimjobs.com)
