Aquis Search is currently assisting a global MNC in their search for a Quality Assurance Senior Analyst / Assistant Manager in Chennai to drive process excellence, governance, and compliance across its global support functions.
The Role :
This role ensures operational excellence and standardization across Finance, Documentation, and Customer Service functions. The incumbent will partner with global process owners and onshore teams to maintain high-quality delivery, perform audits, identify process risks, and lead continuous improvement initiatives within the Shared Services setup.
Key Responsibilities :
Implement and monitor quality standards aligned with global business goals and SLAs.
Conduct periodic reviews and audits to assess compliance, accuracy, and timeliness.
Identify control gaps, perform root-cause analysis, and drive corrective / preventive actions (CAPA).
Develop and manage quality dashboards, scorecards, and reporting mechanisms.
Partner with HQ and SSC stakeholders to ensure calibration and performance consistency.
Drive process improvement using Lean, Six Sigma, or Kaizen methodologies.
Support automation and process mining initiatives by validating quality checkpoints.
Facilitate training and awareness sessions on QA standards and tools.
Ideal Candidate :
8–12 years of experience in quality assurance, process governance, or operational excellence in a shared services or shipping / logistics setup.
Strong understanding of Finance, Documentation, and Customer Service processes.
Proficient in QA tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira, HP ALM) and performance analytics.
Exposure to RPA or process automation initiatives is preferred.
Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (Black Belt preferred).
Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
