Key Responsibilities :
- Manage all quality-related activities across projects and support functions as per the QA plan.
- Drive quality issues to root cause, implement corrective actions, and track performance improvements.
- Conduct sampling-based final product tests to ensure compliance with client requirements.
- Assist project teams in achieving quality objectives and implementing improvement plans.
- Monitor quality SLAs and support functions in executing improvement initiatives.
- Ensure documentation and process compliance ; maintain and revise quality procedures regularly.
- Conduct process compliance audits , track findings, and support closure of non-conformities.
- Apply data analysis and statistical process control for continuous improvement.
- Maintain the quality repository and ensure integration with organizational systems.
- Coordinate customer visits and external audits as directed by the Quality Manager.
- Support CMMi v2.0 / ISO 9001 implementation and continuous certification activities.
