Job Location : Kolkata, India

25+ years of experience in technical sales (EPC / EPCM preferred)

An exciting leadership opportunity to head the Sales function for our Metals & Mining Business Unit.

We’re looking for a senior professional with deep domain expertise, strategic vision, and strong industry relationships to drive domestic and international growth.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead sales strategy, business expansion, and client acquisition globally

Identify new market opportunities and strengthen existing relationships

Drive profitability through effective pricing, contracting, and risk management

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project delivery

Mentor and develop a high-performing sales team

What's required :

Graduate / Postgraduate in Chemical or Metallurgical Engineering (MBA in Marketing preferred)

25+ years of experience in technical sales (EPC / EPCM preferred)

Strong network in the metal sector and exposure to international markets

Strategic mindset with excellent communication and leadership skills
