Role Overview
- As the Online & Q-Commerce Sales Manager / Senior Manager, you will lead the strategy, execution, and growth of Tatva’s products across digital and quick-commerce platforms. Your goal will be to make our products easily discoverable, desirable, and available to consumers online.
- You’ll work closely with marketing, product, operations, and fulfillment teams to ensure seamless online presence, stock availability, and conversion optimization. This role demands someone with both a strategic mindset and hands-on experience in modern FMCG digital sales channels.
Key Responsibilities
Onboard & Own online sales for Tatva’s FMCG products, with a focus on quick-commerce platforms (Blinkit,Swiggy, Zepto, Amazon, BigBasket, etc.).Manage listings, promotions, and campaigns to drive visibility, conversion, and revenue growth.Collaborate with marketing and design teams to create content, visuals, and messaging optimized for digital channels.Monitor stock, supply chain, and fulfillment coordination to ensure availability and timely delivery.Analyze sales data, platform performance, and consumer behavior to optimize strategy.Build relationships with platform account managers, ensuring favorable placement, campaigns, and co-marketing opportunities.Identify new digital channels, marketplaces, and growth opportunities for product expansion.Track KPIs and prepare reports for leadership, highlighting insights, challenges, and opportunities.What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.3–6 years of experience in FMCG online sales, e-commerce, or Q-commerce management.Hands-on experience managing online marketplaces and quick-commerce platforms.Strong understanding of digital sales funnels, online merchandising, and promotional tactics.Data-driven decision-maker with the ability to convert insights into actionable growth strategies.Excellent coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills.Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and can own sales end-to-end.Why Join Tatva Agro Superfoods?
