About the role :
A Sales Director is crucial in bridging the gap between individual BDEs and sales management. They directly supervise and support a team of Business development executives (BDEs), acting as coaches, motivators, and strategic guides. A Sales Director's key performance indicator is the sales (INR) they can do in a month.
Roles & Responsibilities :
1. Achieve monthly targets through effective communication, negotiation, and deal closure.
2. Conduct site visits to understand customer needs and preferences for property purchases.
3. Develop strong relationships with clients by providing excellent customer service and resolving any issues promptly.
4. Identify potential customers' requirements and pitch properties accordingly to meet their needs.
5. Ensure timely completion of paperwork and documentation for successful deals.
