Initiate conversations via cold outreach to generate qualified interest.
Schedule and drive product demos to understand customer needs and assess buying intent.
Thrive in a small, early-stage team environment.
Take ownership of outcomes to sign up new customers, overcoming obstacles and objections rather than just following a process.
Skills & Requirements :
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to draft compelling emails.
Minimum of 2 years of experience working as a Sales Development Representative (SDR).
Past experience prospecting contacts in Human Resources (HR), Talent Acquisition (TA), and technology leadership is highly preferred.
Lead generation experience in international markets (e.g., Middle East, Southeast Asia, USA) is a strong plus.
