Job Brief :

We are looking for a highly skilled Full Stack ROR Developer with strong expertise in Ruby on Rails, SQL, and JavaScript to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is an independent contributor with strong debugging skills, a problem-solving mindset, and excellent communication. Youll be responsible for developing, enhancing, and maintaining scalable web applications.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Develop, test, and maintain scalable and secure web applications using Ruby on Rails.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices.
  • Design and optimize SQL queries and database schemas for performance and scalability.
  • Implement responsive UI features using JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
  • Debug and troubleshoot application issues in development and production environments.
  • Work independently on assigned modules and contribute to overall project goals.
  • Participate in code reviews and mentor junior developers when necessary.
  • Communicate effectively with team members, product managers, and clients.

Must-Have Skills :

  • Ruby, Ruby on Rails (7+ years of hands-on experience)
  • Strong experience in SQL and relational database management systems (PostgreSQL / MySQL)
  • Proficient in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and RESTful API integration
  • Experience with Git, CI / CD pipelines, and Agile methodology
  • Strong debugging and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of deliverables

    • Nice to Have :

  • Experience with front-end frameworks like Backbone JS or VueJS
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
  • Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools (Docker, Jenkins, etc)
  • Familiarity with performance optimization and security best practices
