JOB PURPOSE :

To be responsible for managing end-to-end Data Centre build and operations including cabling, rack stack, cooling, power provisioning, and virtualization platforms. The role ensures reliable Data Centre and Disaster Recovery (DC C DR) operations by deploying Cisco ACI, Nutanix VMs, and Spine-Leaf architectures integrated with storage infrastructure. The candidate will play a critical role in ensuring business continuity, scalability, and efficiency of enterprise IT infrastructure.

1. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES :

• Accountabilities Key Performance Indicators Oversee Data Centre build including cabling, rack C stack, cooling, and power requirements.
• Manage deployment and operations of Cisco ACI and Nutanix virtualization infrastructure. Design and maintain Spine-Leaf network architecture integrated with enterprise storage for DC C DR.
• Ensure compliance with industry best practices for :
• Cabling, power, cooling, and capacity planning.
• Project delivered on time, within scope and cost.
• Uptime C stability of deployed systems.
• High availability and performance metrics.
• Compliance audit results
• Accountabilities Key Performance Indicators
• Lead Data Centre operations including monitoring, fault management, and preventive maintenance.
• Liaison with OEMs, System Integrators, and facility management teams.
• Prepare documentation : Sops, topology diagrams, capacity reports, disaster recovery

procedures.
