Job Description
We are seeking a Camp / Resort Manager with hands-on hospitality experience, preferably trained at Oberoi Hotels & Resorts . The ideal candidate should have completed their training at Oberoi and have at least 6 months of work experience there . The role involves managing end-to-end resort operations, including guest services, staff coordination, property upkeep, inventory, administration, and back-office functions, while upholding high hospitality standards.
Key Responsibilities :
Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring excellent guest service and property management.
Supervise and coordinate housekeeping, kitchen, front office, and maintenance teams.
Manage guest check-ins / check-outs and resolve service-related issues efficiently.
Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment; coordinate procurement as needed.
Handle back-office operations, including documentation, billing, vendor management, and reporting.
Organize guest activities, events, and safari / camp experiences.
Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and hospitality standards.
Maintain strong communication with management and provide regular reports.
Train and motivate staff to deliver consistent, high-quality service.
Requirements
Candidate Requirements :
Degree or diploma in Hotel Management or Hospitality.
Training completed at Oberoi Hotels & Resorts , with at least 6 months of work experience there.
2–3 years of relevant experience in resort or hotel operations.
Strong organizational and leadership skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Comfortable with basic administrative and billing tools.
Ability to work in a remote / resort setting and handle multiple responsibilities.
Proactive, hands-on, and solution-oriented approach.
