Their B2B fleet leasing business spans across three-wheeler cargo , four-wheeler cargo and car
leasing for employee transportation, ride-hailing, and fleet operators , and we are now expanding into bus and truck leasing .
With deep partnerships across OEMs, fleet operators, and financiers, we are building a technology-led, data- driven platform that drives asset performance, lifecycle management, and circular value creation.

R ole Overview
The President – Business Development will own the P&L and growth charter for the company’s B2B leasing business across India. This leader will drive revenue growth, strategic partnerships, market expansion, and product diversifica : on — steering the business from a ₹300 Cr book to ₹2000 Cr AUM in the next 24 months . This is a pivotal leadership role suited for a proven business builder from the commercial vehicle or financing / leasing industry , who brings strong networks, operational rigor, and a track record of scaling businesses with institutional processes

Strategic Growth & P&L Ownership
- Lead national business development for 4W cargo and car segment for employee transport, inter-city transportation, logistics segment

Manage Collection, NPAs, defaults, and redeployment of repossessed vehicles to maintain target portfolio yieldsBuild systems and processes for NPA control, recovery efficiency, and asset turnaround timeCollaborate closely with risk and asset management teams to ensure sustainable book quality andcontrolled credit losses
Use data-led monitoring and predictive analytics for early delinquency identification and resolutionPartnerships & Ecosystem Development
