Windows System Engineer (Core Skillsets)

• Windows Server administration : installation, configuration, patching, and troubleshooting (Windows Server 2016 / 2019 / 2022).
• Active Directory management, including users, groups, organizational units, and group policies.
• DNS, DHCP, and certificate services management.
• File and print services configuration and troubleshooting.
• Virtualization experience with VMware ESXi / vSphere or Hyper-V, including VM provisioning and resource management.
• PowerShell scripting for automation, reporting, and system troubleshooting.
• Monitoring and performance tuning using tools like SCOM or PerfMon.
• Networking fundamentals including TCP / IP, routing, subnetting, and basic firewall troubleshooting.
• Strong analytical troubleshooting skills.
• Clear documentation skills for processes and configurations.
• Good time management to handle patching, KTLO, and project work.
• Ability to collaborate across multiple technical teams
