About the Job :
As a Lead-GPAM CyberArk_540, you will be a Level 4 (L4) technical expert, responsible for resolving complex and subtle issues within the Global Privileged Access Management (GPAM) domain, with a special focus on the CyberArk platform. Your role is critical for the stability, security, and continuous improvement of our privileged access management services. You will act as an independent contributor, a problem-solver, and a key point of contact for new demands and major incidents.
Core Job Objectives :
- Serve as an L4 technical expert, resolving the most challenging and difficult issues related to our CyberArk environment.
- Participate in management and prioritization of major design and enhancement initiatives.
- Lead major incident response activities and drive problem management efforts.
- Conduct stability analysis and identify opportunities for continuous service improvement.
- Provide on-call support as part of a 24 / 7 rotation.
- Leverage deep technical expertise in CyberArk configurations, major enhancements, and development to solve complex problems.
- Act proactively to identify potential issues and implement solutions before they impact service.
Duties and Responsibilities :
Act as an independent contributor for new demand, providing end-to-end solutions for customer requirements.Handle and troubleshoot high-priority incidents, performing root cause analysis (RCA) and implementing permanent fixes.Manage patching and other changes to the GPAM environment, ensuring minimal disruption to services.Create and maintain knowledge base articles (KBs) and technical documentation to support the team.Perform log analysis on GPAM component servers to identify and resolve issues.Open and manage tickets with CyberArk support as needed.Set up and maintain different test systems for new implementations and enhancements.Coordinate with the Engineering Team and process owners to align on priorities and solutions.Provide 24 / 7 on-call support as part of a rotating schedule.Handle general updates and configuration change requests.Required Qualifications, Experience, and Skills :
A bachelor's degree in Computer Science or an equivalent qualification.A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience, with significant hands-on experience in CyberArk.Proven experience as a business analyst, with the ability to gather requirements and provide solutions.Strong knowledge of and practical experience with both Unix and Windows Administration.A solid understanding of networking principles, with a CCNA certification or equivalent knowledge.Preferred Qualifications and Skills :
Certifications such as CyberArk Defender and CyberArk Sentry.DevOps experience, with a working knowledge of tools like Dynatrace, Docker, Puppet, Ansible, and GIT.Proficiency in PowerShell scripting.(ref : hirist.tech)
