Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior Auth0 CIAM Engineer to design, implement, and manage Customer Identity and Access Management (CIAM) solutions using Auth0 . This role is critical in securing customer access across our global B2B and B2C applications. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, Digital, Marketing, and Security, to ensure seamless and secure digital experiences for our customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Deploy and manage Auth0 tenants and configuration settings.
• Develop and optimize authentication flows using rules, hooks, and actions .
• Integrate Auth0 with applications using SAML, OAuth2, and OpenID Connect .
• Connect backend systems such as databases, SAP, and ecommerce platforms .
• Automate deployments using CI / CD pipelines .
• Monitor system security, performance, and health metrics .
• Support AWS IoT integrations with secure identity management.
• Provide training and guidance to Digital teams on Auth0 best practices.
