Job descriptionHybrid in Hyderabad, India (onsite 3 days a week)- Permanent fulltime role with a fixed salary of 30-35 LPAJOB DESCRIPTIONWe are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Technical Account Manager (TAM) with deep expertise in Cisco Unified Contact Center Enterprise (UCCE), VXMI scripting, and certificate lifecycle management. The ideal candidate will serve as a trusted advisor to our strategic customers, ensuring the successful deployment, operation, and optimization of Cisco solutions.Key Responsibilities- Customer Engagement & Relationship Management and Technical Expertise & Solution Delivery- Build strong relationships with customer stakeholders and Cisco account teams.- Conduct regular technical reviews and strategic planning sessions.- Provide subject matter expertise in Cisco UCCE, including architecture, deployment, and troubleshooting.- Develop and maintain VXMI scripts to support custom call flows and integrations.- Lead efforts in certificate renewals, ensuring compliance and minimal service disruption.- Collaborate with internal engineering and support teams to resolve complex issues.- Deliver technical workshops, training, and documentation tailored to customer needs.- Project Management & Coordination- Support onboarding, upgrades, and migrations of Cisco contact center solutions.- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of services.REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE- Cisco UCCE Environments Experts- VXMI Scripting- Certificate renewals experience- Cisco Webex- Technical support expertise along with strong customer facing skillsNICE TO HAVE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE- CCIE CCNP- Experience with Cisco Finesse, CVP, and ICM scripting.
