We are seeking a motivated and experienced Relationship Manager for our Bancassurance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with bank branches and their customers, promoting insurance products, and achieving sales targets to drive business growth.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with bank branches and their customers.
- Promote and sell insurance products to customers through the bank's channels.
- Conduct regular training sessions for bank staff to enhance their knowledge of insurance products.
- Understand customer needs and tailor insurance solutions accordingly.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the bancassurance channel.
- Provide excellent customer service and follow up on leads generated from bank branches.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.1-5 years of experience in sales, marketing, or financial services, preferably in the insurance or bancassurance sector.Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients and bank staff.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM software.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Knowledge of insurance products and industry regulations.Skills Required
