US Staffing Coordinator

As a recruiter coordinator, you will be responsible for sourcing profiles and managing end-to-end processes.

Your key responsibilities will include :

• Cold calling and emailing
• Sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, releasing offers / acceptance letters
• Compliance management
• Employee performance evaluations
• Coordination with higher management
• Payroll coordination
• Employee onboarding

Prior experience working in the US staffing industry is required. Previous experience with Ceipal is an added advantage.

This is a remote role that requires flexible scheduling, including night shifts.
